چکیده | ||
مسکن مهر در راستای پاسخ به نیاز سرپناه اقشار متوسط و ضعیف جامعه برنامهریزی و ساخته شد اما تا چه اندازه این پروژه موفق بوده و رضایتمندی ساکنان را به همراه دارد؟ در شهر همدان با توجه به گوناگونی فراوانی که در طراحی این مجموعهها دیده میشود (بعضی محصور و بعضی متصل به بافت شهری)، مسکن مهر کمتر محور مطالعه بوده است. به همین منظور پژوهش حاضر با تمرکز بر مؤلفههای کالبدی و فضایی حاکم بر مجموعههای مسکونی مهر شهر همدان، سه مجموعه مسکونی محصور و غیرمحصور را مورد آزمون قرار داد. اکثر تجربیات جهانی بیان میدارند که در مجموعههای مسکونی محصور نسبت به مجتمعهای غیرمحصور، وضعیت سکونتی مطلوبتری که انتظار میرود، دیده نمیشود؛ همین موضوع در پژوهش حاضر ملاک عمل قرار گرفت. روش تحقیق مقاله حاضر، در مرحله ادبیات و مبانی نظری تحقیق، روش توصیفی و تحلیلی است. به منظور تحلیل دادهها نیز از آنالیز واریانس(به روش بونفرونی)، تی تست مستقل، تحلیل ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی استفاده شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که بین میانگین رضایتمندی سه محله اختلاف معنیداری وجود دارد. اولویتبندی مؤلفههای کالبدی و فضایی مؤثر بر رضایتمندی سکونتی در هر مجموعه مسکونی نیز گویای آن است که در مجموعههای محصور، سلامت محیطی و در مجموعههای غیرمحصور سلامت محیطی، امکانات، تسهیلات جانبی و انعطاف پذیری اثر گذاری بالاتری دارند. به طور کلی و بنا بر فرضیه اصلی پژوهش، میزان رضایت کل افراد ساکن در مجموعههای مسکونی محصور بالاتر است. | ||
