چکیده
هدف این مطالعه، طراحی مدلی  به منظور  ارتقاء نوآوری سازمانی از طریق  مدیریت سرمایه مشتریان با توجه به نقش میانجی کاربرد دانش بازاریابی است. در این مقاله ابتدا به مرور مفاهیم و مبانی نظری  پرداخته و سپس با استفاده از مطالعات و تحقیقات پیشین شاخص های اندازه گیری هریک از مولفه ها و ابعاد مورد بررسی استخراج شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق مدیران، روسا و کارشناسان 13 شرکت گروه صنعتی ایران ترانسفو بوده و نمونه آماری بصورت تصادفی طبقه بندی شده از شرکتهای گروه انتخاب گردیده است. داده های پژوهش با پرسشنامه گردآوری و در نهایت با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری، مدل عملیاتی تحقیق بدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که به ترتیب نوآوری محصول، سپس نوآوری فرآیند و در انتها نوآوری مدیریتی از طریق مدیریت سرمایه مشتریان و کاربرد دانش بازاریابی منجر به بهبود نوآوری سازمانی خواهند شد. همچنین، یافته ها بیانگر این بود که سرمایه مشتریان نیز به طور مستقیم نیز به ترتیب نوآوری محصول، سپس نوآوری فرآیند و در انتها نوآوری مدیریتی را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد .
