نقش میانجی سبک زندگی در رابطه نظامهای مغزی- رفتاری و ساماندهی شناختی هیجان با خوشنودی زناشویی

چکیده
خوشنودی زناشویی تا اندازه فراوانی روشنگر کیفیت رابطه زناشویی زوجین و ضامنی برای ماندگاری آن است. بااینحال متغیرهای گوناگونی میتواند بر آن تأثیر بگذارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر آشکار ساختن نقش میانجی سبک زندگی در رابطه نظامهای مغزی- رفتاری و ساماندهی شناختی هیجان با خوشنودی زناشویی بود. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی با بهکارگیری تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه آماری افراد متأهل شهر تهران (مناطق 3، 6، 12، 1 در پاییز و زمستان 1398) بود که تعداد 150 نفر بهصورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش عبارت بودند از: شاخص خوشنودی زناشویی (1992) Hudson ، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه شخصیتی Gary Wilson Questionnaire (2003) ، سنجه ساماندهی شناختی هیجان Garnefske & Kraaij (2006) و پروفایل سبک زندگی ارتقادهنده سلامت Walker (1987). روش تحلیل دادهها آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 25 و AMOS نسخه 24 بود. نتایج همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که نظام بازداری رفتاری با خوشنودی زناشویی رابطه منفی و معنادار دارد (01/0 >P و 31/0-=r) و راهبردهای غیر انطباقی ساماندهی شناختی هیجان با خوشنودی زناشویی رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارد (05/0 >P و 15/0=r). همچنین نتایج تحلیل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که نظام فعالسازی رفتاری (01/0 >P و 25/0-=β) و ساماندهی انطباقی شناختی هیجان (01/0 >P و 20/0-=β) بهواسطه سبک زندگی بر خوشنودی زناشویی تأثیر معناداری دارند. تااندازهای نتایج روشنگر این بود که سبک زندگی نقش واسطه معنادار اثرات متغیرهای زیستی و روانشناختی بر خوشنودی زناشویی است.
