چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مولفههای سرمایه فکری در بین مدرسان دانشگاه فرهنگیان صورت گرفته است. روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی و با راهبرد پدیدار شناسی توصیفی بود. .برای بررسی عمیق مفاهیم مورد نظر از روش مطالعه اسنادی و بررسی مبانی نظری و همچنین مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شد. مشارکتکنندگان 15 نفر از مدرسان با سابقه و مطرح در دانشگاهفرهنگیان خراسان شمالی در سال تحصیلی1400-1399 بودند که با استفاده از شیوه نمونه گیری هدفمند و روش گلوله برفی تا مرز اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. در تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل محتوای استقرایی (تکنیک 6 مرحلهای آرباخ و سیلورستاین)استفاده شد. برای بررسی صحت یافتهها از روش بررسی توسط اعضا استفاده شد. برای تعیین پایایی ، از روش پایایی بین دوکد گذار (توافق درون موضوعی)استفاده شد. یافته ها : نشان داد ،تیم سازی و مشارکت،یادگیریسازمانی،مدیریتدانش،رهبریتحول-آفرین،شایستهسالاری،پذیرشفناوری،فرهنگپذیری و بصیرت مهارتی مطرح می شوند. این مولفهها میتوانند در تصمیمات بهبود عملکرد سیستم-های آموزشی به ویژه دانشگاههای فرهنگیان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. | ||
