چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف، بررسی روابط ساختاری بین مدیریت دانش با کارآفرینی دانشجویان با نقش میانجی فرهنگ سازمانی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ گردآوری دادهها کمی و از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی میباشد که بهصورت میدانی اجرا شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه کردستان بوده که با استفاده روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده 250 نفر بهعنوان حجم نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل سه پرسشنامه فرهنگسازمانی دنیسون(2007) ، مدیریت دانش شرون لاوسون (2003) و کارآفرینی مارگریت هیل (2003) بود. تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و به کمک دو نرمافزار 22SPSS و Smart-PLS برای اندازهگیری ویژگیهای فنی پرسشنامه و بررسی فرضیهی پژوهش با استفاده از ضرایب ساختاری مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که رابطه بین مدیریت دانش با فرهنگ سازمانی معنیدار بود و متغیر میانجی فرهنگ سازمانی اثر معناداری بر رابطه میان مدیریت دانش و کارآفرینی دانشجویان دارد. | ||
