چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه کارکنان شاغل دردانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اصفهان(خوراسگان) به تعداد660 نفر تشکیل دادند که از طریق فرمول نمونه گیری کوکران تعداد 244 نفر به عنوان نمونه از طریق روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای متناسب با حجم انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسش نامه استاندارد رفتار های انحرافی در محیط کار رابینسون و بنت (2000(، پرسش نامه استاندارد عملکرد کارکنان کوپمنز و همکاران(2014)، پرسش نامه استاندارد رضایت شغلی ویس و همکاران (1967)و پرسشنامه استاندارد معنویت محیط کار اشموس و دوچون (2000)بود که روایی پرسشنامه ها بر اساس روایی محتوایی، صوری و سازه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و پس از اصطلاحات لازم روایی مورد تائید قرار گرفت و از سوی دیگرپایایی پرسش نامه ها با روش آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 88/0 ، 90/0 ، 88 /0 و 90/0 برآورد شد و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در سطح استنباطی مشتمل بر مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که معنویت در محیط کار از طریق رضایت شغلی بر عملکرد کارکنان تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد که ضریب این تاثیر 65/0 می باشد و معنویت در محیط کار از طریق رفتار های انحرافی بر عملکرد کارکنان تاثیر منفی و معناداری دارد که ضریب این تاثیر 25/0- است و همچنین معنویت در محیط کار از طریق رضایت شغلی بر رفتار های انحرافی تاثیر منفی و معناداری دارد که ضریب این تاثیر 85/0- است | ||
