چکیده | ||
یکی از مهمترین شاخصهای دانشگاههای انقلاب سوم وجود فرهنگ کارآفرینی دانشگاهی است. لذا، این پژوهش تحت عنوان طراحی و تبیین مدل تاثیر گرایش کارآفرینانه و تحول در ماموریت دانشگاه بر فرهنگ کارآفرینی دانشگاهی ( مطالعه موردی: دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی منطقه 2) صورت گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش پژوهش، توصیفی _ همبستگی از شاخه مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی (منطقه2) به تعداد 1200 نفر بودهاند. از این تعداد با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای، تعداد280 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد و جهت اعتبار سنجی مدل تعیین شده از تکنیک مدل معادلات ساختاری با شیوه حداکثر درست نمایی استفاده شد و نتایج حاصل از بررسی اعتبار پرسشنامه، ضریب آلفای 85/0 را نشان داد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مدل مفهومی پژوهش با دادههای تجربی برازش دارد (079/0RMSEA= ). نتایج حاصل از فرضیه-های فرعی پژوهش نیز نشان داد که ماموریت دانشگاهی و گرایش کارآفرینانه بر فرهنگ کارآفرینی دانشگاهی تاثیر دارد. و فرهنگ کارآفرینی نیز بر اجرا و ارزشیابی موثر است (05/0< P). | ||
