چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش کیفی حاضر، که با رویکرد مشارکتی انجام شده، کارکرد کنش پژوهی د توسعه حرفه ای دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان است . که دانشجو معلم در طول یک ترم (۶ ماه) با تامل در رفتارهای خود و با مراجعه حضوری به مدارس به عنوان کارورز داده های لازم را به شیوه مشاهده، مصاحبه ،گردآوری نموده است تا حدی که به اشباع نظری برسد. بدین گونه که ابتدا با نگارش بیانیه من، تحلیل موقعیت های پنجگانه ( فیزیکی، عاطفی، آموزشی، سازمانی-اداری ، اموزش مجازی)، ترسیم نقشه ذهنی، طرح درسی آماده و اجرا شد که به تایید گروه پژوهش رسید و توسط کدگذاری های متعارف مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت . تعداد ١٧٢کد باز، ٢٠ کد محوری و ٥ کد انتخابی از نقد تدریس و تاملات استخراج شد. از جمله کد های محوری پژوهش حاضر که میتواند در ارتقای توسعه حرفه معلمی اثر گذار باشد میتوان به خود شناسی معلم، مدیریت فضای آموزشی، داشتن طرح درس،ویژگی های اخلاقی معلم، رفتار معلم، علاقمندی معلم به آموزش، ارتباطه اولیه معلم، برنامه ریزی و آمادگی، مرور دانسته ها، مشارکت دادن دانش آموزان، دانش محتوایی معلم، مهارت کلامی معلم، فنون سوال کردن، بهره گیری از امکانات آموزشی ، استفاده از فناوری، برقراری نظم در کلاس، مدیریت زمان، جمع بندی پایانی، سنجش و ارزشیابی و ارائه تکلیف عملکردی اشاره کرد که کد های گزینشی در یک مدل تحلیلی – استباطی ارائه شده است تحت عنوان وظایف معلم، مهارت عاطفی معلم، مهارت ارتباطی معلم ، مهارت تدریس و مهارت سنجش و ارزیابی معلم می باشند . | ||
