چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین مولفههای توانمندسازی با سرمایه فکری مدیران آموزش و پرورش ساری انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه مدیران مدارس شهرستان ساری (-167 نفر) تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه با جدول کرجسی و مورگان 115 نفر انتخاب شد که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی از نوع طبقهای تعیین شدهاند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامههای توانمندسازی و سرمایه فکری بود. روایی ابزار توسط متخصصان و صاحبنظران در حوزه علوم تربیتی مورد تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی ابزار با روش آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه توانمندسازی 82/0، پرسشنامه سرمایه فکری 78/0 بدست آمد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با معیارهایی چون فراوانی برحسب تعداد، درصد، نمودار و آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف برای تعیین نرمال بودن متغیرها، آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون جهت رد یا تایید فرضیهها استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین مولفه ارتباطی توانمندسازی با سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه رابطهای و سرمایه ساختاری مدیران آموزش و پرورش رابطه وجود دارد. بین مولفه انگیزشی توانمندسازی با سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه رابطهای و سرمایه ساختاری مدیران آموزش و پرورش رابطه وجود دارد. بین مولفه شناختی توانمندسازی با سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه رابطهای و سرمایه ساختاری مدیران آموزش و پرورش رابطه وجود دارد. | ||
