چکیده | ||
مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان یک مفهوم در حال تحول است که بهطور فزایندهای توسط جوامع و سازمانها باهدف ایجاد رشد سازمانی پایدار مطرحشده است. بااینحال هنوز شناخت محدودی نسبت به عوامل اثرگذار بر این مفهوم وجود دارد. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تجزیهوتحلیل اثر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان با نقش میانجی رفتار سبز کارکنان میباشد. تحقیق کنونی ازنظر هدف، پژوهشی کاربردی و از حیث گردآوری دادهها و اطلاعات پژوهشی توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعهی آماری این تحقیق کلیهی کارکنان سازمان حفاظت محیطزیست استان فارس به تعداد 320 نفر بوده و حجم نمونه آماری بر اساس فرمول کوکران 175 نفر از کارکنان تعیینشده است. روش جمعآوری دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه و روش تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از رویکرد مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر رفتار سبز کارکنان و مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان تأثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین رفتار سبز کارکنان بر مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان تأثیر معناداری دارد؛ و درنهایت مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان با نقش میانجی رفتار سبز کارکنان تأثیر معناداری دارد. | ||
