چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر، با هدف واکاوی پیشایندهای دانشگاه ناب در آموزش عالی ایران انجام شد. پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی؛ ازنظر رویکرد، کیفی و به روش اکتشافی انجام شد. جامعه هدف، صاحبنظران آموزش عالی بودند؛ که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند معیاری، با 15 نفر تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری مصاحبه انجام گرفت. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش «تحلیل مضمون» انجام شد. روایی پژوهش توسط 3 متخصص حوزه آموزش عالی ناب بررسی و تائید شد. قابلیت اطمینان دادهها نیز، با استفاده از روش هولستی محاسبه و 95% به دست آمد. بر اساس تحلیل مضامین، 6 مضمون اصلی و 14 مضمون فرعی استخراج شد. یافتهها نشان داد، پیشایندهای دانشگاه ناب در شش دسته؛ پیشایندهای ساختاری (عدم تمرکز، عدم پیچیدگی و عدم رسمیت)، پیشایندهای کارکردی (آموزش، پژوهش و خدمات تخصصی)، پیشایندهای مالی (تأمین و تخصیص)، پیشایندهای مدیریت و رهبری (فنی، انسانی، ادراکی)، پیشایندهای فرهنگی (فردی و اجتماعی) و پیشایندهای فناوری (فناوری اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی) طبقهبندیشده است. | ||
