| والدآزاری بهعنوان یکی از اَشکال خشونت خانگی، همواره سلامت و کارآمدی نظام خانواده را که عنصر اصلی سازنده جامعه و مهمترین بخش آن محسوب میشود را تهدید میکند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین برنامه مداخله روان-آموزشی مختص مادرآزاری و آزمون تأثیر آن بر مادرآزاری صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش، آزمایشی تک موردی از نوع خط پایه چندگانه بود؛ بنابراین سه نوجوان (دو دختر و یک پسر) و والدین آنها به شیوه در دسترس و در شهر دزفول انتخاب و برنامه طراحیشدهی مداخله در مادرآزاری را در 18 جلسه (9 جلسه برای نوجوان، 9 جلسه برای والدین و خانواده) دریافت کردند. مادران بهتناسب جنسیت فرزند نوجوانشان به مقیاس والدآزاری (فرم پسران) (Abbaspour et al., 2018) و مقیاس والدآزاری (دختر-مادر) (Abbaspour et al., 2019)در مراحل خط پایه، مداخله و پیگیری پاسخ دادند. دادهها از طریق نمودار گرافیکی، تغییر شاخص پایا و درصد بهبودی تحلیل شدند. میزان شاخص روایی محتوا (CVI) برای تمام هدفها در این مداخله 92/0 تا 1 و میزان نسبت روایی محتوا (CVR) برای تمامی هدفها در این مداخله 96/0 تا 1 بود. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، مداخله طراحیشده، منجر به کاهش معنادار نمرات آزمودنیها در مرحله درمان و پیگیری نسبت به مرحله خط پایه شده و بنابراین مداخلهای مؤثر و معتبر است. بر اساس یافتههای بهدستآمده، مشاوران خانواده و مشاوران کودک و نوجوان میتوانند از برنامهی مداخله در مادرآزاری بهمنظور بهبود تعاملات اعضای خانواده و همچنین درمان نوجوانان و خانوادههای درگیر فرایند مادرآزاری استفاده کنند. | ||
