چکیده | ||
آموزش عالی با فراهم ساختن بسترها و فرصت های مناسب جهت کسب و توسعه شایستگی های رهبری دانشجویان، نقش و مؤثری در تربیت نیروی انسانی جامعه ایفا می کند. در واقع بسیاری از مؤسسات آموزش عالی، به منظور آماده سازی فارغ التحصیلان برای رهبران آینده، پرورش شایستگی های رهبری دانشجویان را مأموریت مهم آموزش عالی تلقی می کنند. از این رو شناسایی شایستگی های اساسی رهبری دانشجویی گام اساسی و بنیادین برای حرکت در مسیر توسعه حرفه ای رهبری دانشجویی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی شایستگی های رهبری دانشجویان با رویکرد کیفی و به روش تحلیل مضمون انجام پذیرفت. مشارکت کنندگان پژوهش حاضر 18 نفر از صاحب نظران حوزه رهبری و دانشجویانی که مسئولیت رهبری در تشکل ها و انجمن های علمی و دانشگاهی بر عهده داشتند بود که به روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختمند بود. مصاحبه ها تا اشباع نظری ادامه داشت. جهت اطمینان از اعتبار روایی دادههای حاصل از مصاحبه از روش کدگذاری مجدد، دریافت بازخورد از مشارکت کنندگان استفاده شد. بعد از انجام تحلیل و کدگذاری داده ها و نرکیب و تعدیل داده ها، تعداد 54 شایستگی اصلی برای شایستگی های رهبری دانشجویی شناسایی شد. سپس شایستگی های شناسایی شده در 7 مقوله اصلی( شایستگی های فردی/ شخصیتی، شناختی، روانشناختی، مدیریتی، بین فردی، فنی و اخلاقی) طبقه بندی گردید. توجه دانشگاهها به توسعه شایستگی های شناسایی شده در این پژوهش می تواند به توسعه بهتر استعداد و شایستگی های رهبری در بین دانشجویان کمک شایانی کند. | ||
