| چکیده | ||
| پژوهش حاضر از نوع هدف بنیادی- کاربردی، رویکرد به کار گرفته شده کیفی و از نوع سنتز پژوهی و راهبرد مورد استفاده فراترکیب است که با انجام تحلیل محتوای استقرایی و سپس فراترکیب از تحلیل های انجام شده همراه است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تحقیقات انجام شده در حوزه ارگونومی در آموزش عالی بود. در این پژوهش از تحقیقات این حوزه در جامعه و نمونه آماری استفاده شده است. از جسـتجوی اولیـه تعـداد 43 مقاله مرتبط در حوزه ماکروارگونومی در آموزش عالی در پایگاه های مختلف اطلاعات فارسی و انگلیسی بـه دسـت آمـد. سپس نقد و بررسی نظاممند مدارک و اسناد انتخابی گرفت. در این مرحله چکیده اسناد و مدارک مورد بررسی قرارگرفته و تعداد 27 مقالۀ مرتبط به صورت هدفمند انتخاب گردید. سپس بخش یافته ها، روش ها و ابزارهای پژوهش به صورت یکجا مورد بازخوانی و بررسی قرارگرفت. داده ها و نتایج یافته های پژوهشی در 3 بعد مفاهیم، مقولات و کدهای اصلی طبقه بندی و تحلیل شدند. داده ها و منابع مورد استفاده در چند مرحله پالایش و استخراج و پس از تحلیل و ترکیب نتایج، در یک چهارچوب یا الگوی مفهومی جامع و همه جانبه مورداستفاده قرار گرفتند. در طبقه بندی نتایج ارائه شده در الگوی نظری مستخرج، 36 مؤلفه کلیدی و مهم ماکروارگونومی در آموزش عالی، شناسایی بر گردید. این مقوله ها در هفت کد اصلی قرار گرفته که در واقع شاخص ها و مولفه های اصلی ماکروارگونومی در آموزش عالی(با تاکید تدریس و آموزش) را شامل می شوند. | ||
