چکیده | ||
بررسی و تحلیل صرفههای ناشی از تجمع فعالیتهای اقتصادی از دیرباز موردتوجه محققان بوده است. مطالعات صورت گرفته در این رابطه بیشتر در حوزه اقتصادی و در سطح کشور و منطقه بوده و کمتر به مقیاس کوچکتر از شهر و بهخصوص خیابانها پرداختهشده است. در این پژوهش بهجای این که شهر بهصورت یک کل واحد در نظر گرفته شود، ساختارهای اصلی اقتصادی شهر به تفکیک خیابانها موردبررسی قرارگرفته و با بررسی سه هزار و ۸۰۴ فعالیت یا بنگاه اقتصادی در شهر کازرون با استفاده از شاخص نسبت مکانی، هرفیندال-هریشمن و شانون وضعیت تجمع بنگاهها و آثار آن ازجمله تخصصی شدن و تنوع در سطح خیابانها موردبررسی قرارگرفته است؛ بنابراین ضمن شناسایی و ارائه مکان محور خیابانهای تخصصی و متنوع، فعالیت اقتصادی مربوطه نیز ارائهشده است. نتایج نشاندهنده این امر است که فعالیتهای اقتصادی با توجه به نوع خدماتی که ارائه میدهند در کنار فضای موردنیاز برای فعالیت، اهمیت دسترسی سواره، میزان جریان پیاده و نزدیکی به مراکز جمعیتی میتوانند در موقعیتهای خاصی از شهر متمرکز یا پخش گردند؛ بهطوریکه فعالیتهای فنی مثل خدمات وسایل نقلیه (بولوار خرمشهر) و خدمات کشاورزی (خیابان فردوسی) در خیابانهای عریضتر و دورتر از مرکز شهر و فاقد جریان پیاده، مشاورین املاک بیشتر در توسعههای جدید (بولوار پردیس)، مراکز درمانی در مرکز شهر (خیابان سلمان فارسی)، خیابانهای متنوع (خیابان شهدای شمالی و جنوبی، ابوذر، حضرتی و امام خمینی) دارای عرض کمتر نسبت به خیابانهای تخصصی و در نزدیکی ناحیه تجاری مرکزی شهر، پیادهروهای شلوغتر و تنوعی از فعالیتهای مختلف را در خود جا دادهاند. | ||
