چکیده | ||
شهرکهای فناوری یکی ازمکانهای رو به رشدی میباشد که اخیرا در سرتاسر جهان مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. این قابلیت به رشد توانمندی های صنعتی و فناوری در کشورهای توسعه یافته کمک شایانی نموده است. در این راستا کشورهای مذبور برای ایجاد و توسعه آن ها، هزینه ها و بودجه های زیادی صرف نموده اند. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با روش زمینه یابی و با هدف بررسی اولویتها و راهبرد های توسعه شهرک های فناوری در ایران و مشخصا استان کردستان، انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه خبرگان و کارشناسان آشنا به بحث در شرکت شهرکهای صنعتی، سازمان صمت و دانشگاه کردستان است. به منظور برررسی ظرفیتها و مزیتهای نسبی و رقابتی استان کردستان پرسشنامهای میان خبرگان توزیع گردید. بر اساس نتایج، اولویتدارترین حوزه ها و فناوری های دارای مزیت نسبی و رقابتی شامل صنایع تبدیلی- کشاورزی، صنایع کانی- غیرفلزی و صنعت فرش بوده است. راهبردهای توسعه و استقرار این شهرک ها نیز با تمرکز بر شناسایی خلأها و نیازهای صنعت با استفاده از مدل برنامه ریزی SWOT ، تحلیل گردید. پیشنهاد گردید تا به منظور استقرار شهرک های فناوری بر اساس سند توسعه استان کردستان و اسناد بالادستی کشور، انجام شود. | ||
