| چکیده | ||
| هدف و زمینه: برنامه درسی و یادگیری رسمی و غیر رسمی محیط نقش بسیار مهمی در زمینه توسعه معلمان و به تبع سازمان های آموزشی دارد. هدف این پژوهش مطالعه نقش مدیریت دانش فردی در یادگیری غیر رسمی محیط کار در بین هنرآموزان هنرستان های فنی بود. روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده ها، توصیفی- همبستگی- معادلات ساختاری- می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش هنرآموزان هنرستان های فنی شهر خرم آباد به تعداد 274 نفر بود که تعداد 225 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه استاندارد مدیریت دانش فردی (Çavuşoğlu & Ozonboilo, 2014) ، پرسشنامه یادگیری غیر رسمی محیط کار (Desios et al, 2019) و تیم پذیری (Niazazari, 2019) بودند. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد مدیریت دانش فردی اثر مثبت و معناداری (02/7= t ، 51/0beta=) بر یادگیری غیر رسمی محیط کار دارد(01/pvalue=)، تاثیر تیم پذیری بر یادگیری غیر رسمی در محیط کار (42/4= t ، 47/0beta=) مثبت و معنی دار است(01/pvalue=) و بین مدیریت دانش فردی با تیم پذیری نیز رابطه مثبت (96/9= t ، 69/0beta=) و معنی داری وجود دارد(01/pvalue=). همچنین بر اساس نتایج پژوهش تاثیر غیر مستقیم(تعدیلگرانه) مدیریت دانش فردی بر یادگیری غیر رسمی در محیط کار از طریق متغیر تیم پذیری مثبت و معنادر (92/2= t ، 33/0beta=) است(02/pvalue=). نتایج: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش تقویت توانمندی ها و قابلیت های مدیریت دانش فردی هنرآموزان می تواند موجبات توسعه یادگیری غیر رسمی محیط کار را فراهم سازد. | ||
