| چکیده | ||
| منابع انسانی، مهمترین دارایی صنعت گردشگری و برای موفقیت آن حیاتی هستند. یکی از دلایل اصلی عدم موفقیت ایران در زمینه گردشگری با وجود منابع و پتانسیلهای متعدد را میتوان ضعف آموزش و به تبع آن نیروی انسانی دانست. بر این اساس میتوان انتظار داشت که این چالش در اکثر مقاصد گردشگری در ایران وجود داشته باشد. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر درصدد شناسایی چالشهای آموزش گردشگری با تمرکز خاص بر استان کردستان و واقعیتهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی - فرهنگی و جغرافیایی آن و با در نظر گرفتن دیدگاه تمام ذینفعان تاثیرگذار و تاثیرپذیر از آموزش میباشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت دادهها پژوهشی کیفی- اکتشافی با تاکید بر طرح تحقیق مطالعه موردی محسوب میشود. در این راستا با 75 نفر از ذینفعان متعدد صنعت گردشگری یعنی افرادی که در فراهم کردن آموزش مشارکت دارند یا از آموزش تاثیر میپذیرند همچون فراگیران، مدرسان، موسسات آموزشی، کسبوکارها، کارشناسان بدنهی دولت، و حتی گردشگران مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد. طی روند تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، چالشهای آموزش گردشگری در قالب 3 مقوله اصلی (چالشهای مرتبط با خود آموزش، چالشهای مرتبط با سازوکارهای ناکارآمد بیرونی و چالشهای مرتبط با ماهیت گردشگری) و 31 زیر مقوله استخراج شد. نتایج نشان می دهد که شناسایی این چالش ها زمینه بازطراحی برنامه ها و سیاستهای آموزشی در سطح محلی و منطقهای در راستای ارتقا کیفیت و اثربخشی آموزشها را فراهم خواهد آورد. | ||
