| چکیده | ||
| هدف: این مقاله به بررسی شیوه ی استدلال و پذیرش اینترنت اشیا (IoT) توسط مصرف کنندگان درصنعت سلامت پرداخته و بر مبنای نظریه استدلال رفتاری (BRT)، دلایل موافق و مخالف استفاده از اینترنت اشیا، در یک چارچوب یکپارچه را مفهومسازی مینماید. روش شناسی: این تحقیق با رویکرد کیفی اکتشافی انجام شده است. به این منظور، طرح تحقیقاتی، ترکیبی از مصاحبه با مصرف کنندگان عمومی، خبرگان آشنا به فناوری اینترنت اشیا و همینطور یک مرور ادبیات سیستماتیک میباشد و در نهایت با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون، چارچوب نظری توسعه یافته است. یافته ها: دلایل موافق با پذیرش در سه دسته ی اصلی "منافع کارکردی، اطلاعاتی و روانشناختی"، همراه با 9 شاخص شناسایی شد. همینطور دلایل مخالف پذیرش اینترنت اشیا در دو دسته ی کلی "نگرانی و عدم اطمینان" و "خطر اطلاعات معیوب" همراه با 8 شاخص به دست آمد. علاوه بر آن، تعدادی عوامل زمینه ای نیز شناسایی شدند که در دسته ی دلائل قرار نمی گیرند ولی بر روی قصد پذیرش تاثیرگذار است. | ||
