| استرس شهری بهعنوان یکی از شایعترین اختلالات مرتبط با سلامت روان، بازتابی از ارتباط میان بستر شهری و تأثیر آن بر وضعیت روانی انسان است. در این راستا، ارتقای کیفیت فضاهای شهری با تأکید بر طراحی شهری درمانگر منجر به ارتقای سلامت روانی شهروندان میشود. ارزیابی میزان استرس ادراکشده در فضاهای شهری متأثر از محیطهای صوتی و بصری و عوامل استرسزای شهری از جمله ویژگیهای طبیعت، ترافیک، محصوریت، ازدحام و صداهای طبیعی یا انسانساخت است. اگرچه تأثیر محیطهای صوتی و بصری بر بسیاری از جنبههای سلامت روان شناخته شده و در پژوهشهای پیشین مورد تأکید قرار گرفته، اما تأثیرات مستقل و تعاملی آنها بر استرس شهروندان ناشناخته و نیازمند مطالعه است. از این رو، انجام مطالعاتی مطابق با شرایط شهر اصفهان و بهمنظور گسترش دانش روانشناسی شهری ضرورت دارد. پرسش اصلی پژوهش به این شرح است: تأثیر محیطهای صوتی و بصری بر میزان استرس ادراکشده شهروندان در فضاهای شهری اصفهان چگونه است؟ مطالعه حاضر در قالب پژوهش آزمایشگاهی و با هدف ارزیابی تأثیرات درمانگر محیطهای صوتی و بصری بر استرس شهروندان در فضاهای شهری اصفهان طراحی شده است. این پژوهش از طریق طراحی فاکتوریال دوطرفه (چهار محیط صوتی × پنج محیط بصری) انجام شده و شرکتکنندگان بهطور تصادفی به یکی از ۲۰ محیط درمانی در یک آزمایشگاه واقعیت مجازی اختصاص داده شدهاند. مجموعاً 100 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه هنر اصفهان پیش از قرار گرفتن در شرایط درمانی، آزمون استرس اجتماعی تریر را برای القای سطح متوسطی از استرس انجام دادهاند. سپس سطح استرس خود را پیش و پس از مواجهه با یک درمان محیطی تصادفی، از طریق پرسشنامه استرس حالت_صفت اسپیلبرگر گزارش دادهاند. نتایج نشان میدهد تأثیر محیطهای صوتی بر کاهش استرس شهری 1.4 برابر بیشتر از تأثیر محیطهای بصری است. همچنین محیطهایی با ویژگیهای طبیعی، صرفنظر از این که صوتی با بصری باشند، نسبت به محیطهایی با ویژگیهای مصنوعی، تأثیر بیشتری بر کاهش استرس دارند. ترکیب صحنهها و صداهای طبیعت نسبت به سایر محیطها بیشترین تأثیر را بر استرس ادارکشده در فضای شهری میگذارند. | ||
