| چکیده | ||
| توسعه انسانی بهعنوان شاخصی جامع از رفاه، فراتر از رشد اقتصادی، ابعاد آموزش و سلامت را شامل میشود. باوجود وفور منابع انرژی در کشورهای منطقه خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا (منا)، بسیاری از این کشورها همچنان با چالشهای جدی توسعه انسانی مواجهاند. وابستگی به انرژیهای فسیلی، نوسانات اقتصادی و ضعف در تنوع ساختار تولید، رابطه میان رشد اقتصادی و بهبود پایدار توسعه انسانی را تضعیف کرده است. در این میان، پیچیدگی اقتصادی میتواند نقش مهمی در تبیین تفاوتهای توسعه ایفا کند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر مصرف انرژی بر شاخص توسعه انسانی با درنظرگرفتن پیچیدگی اقتصادی در ۱۲ کشور منتخب منطقه منا طی دوره 1995–2021 است. برای این منظور از دادههای پانلی و رگرسیون پانل کوانتایل استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که تولید ناخالص داخلی سرانه، درجه باز بودن تجاری و شهرنشینی در تمامی چارکها اثر مثبت و معنادار بر شاخص توسعه انسانی دارند. شاخص پیچیدگی اقتصادی در چارکهای پایین اثر منفی و در چارکهای بالا اثر مثبت و معنادار دارد. مصرف انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر در چارکهای پایین اثر منفی و مصرف سوختهای فسیلی در چارکهای بالا اثر مثبت بر توسعه انسانی دارد. این یافتهها بر ضرورت توجه به سطح توسعه کشورها در سیاستهای انرژی تأکید دارد. | ||
