| چکیده | ||
| هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی باورهای مربیان دوره پیش دبستانی نسبت به بازی و ارتباط آن با عملکرد کلاسی آنها، بود. رویکرد پژوهش کیفی از نوع مطالعه ی موردی چندگانه بود که در آن هشت مربی پیش دبستانی، بهروش نمونهگیری هدفمند، از نوع موارد مطلوب، انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از روش مصاحبه ساختارمند با مربیان، مشاهدات کلاسی، بررسی اسناد و مصاحبه پیگیری استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که اکثر مربیان برای بازی ارزش قائل بودند و از این باور که میان بازی و یادگیری ارتباط وجود دارد حمایت میکردند اما مفهومی که مربیان از بازی داشتند با یکدیگر همسانی نداشت. همچنین، تجربه ی بازی با کودکان و تعامل با همکاران، تحصیلات دانشگاهی، تجربیات دوران کودکی، تاثیر رفتار والدین در کودکی، بازی با همسالان و کودکان محله در فضای باز، تجربه ی بازی با خواهر و برادر در دوران کودکی، مراقبت و پرستاری از خواهر و برادر کوچکتر، مطالعه کتابها و مقالات مرتبط با بازی و در نهایت گذراندن دورههای آموزشی، از عوامل تاثیرگذار در شکلگیری باورهای مربیان در رابطه با بازی بودند. اکثر مربیان ارتباط زیادی میان باورهای خود در رابطه با بازی و عملکرد کلاسیشان قائل بودند، ولی مشاهدات صورت گرفته نشان داد که زمانی که برای انجام فعالیتهای آزاد یا همان بازی در مصاحبه و برنامهدرسیشان در نظر گرفته بودند کمتر و استفاده از روشهای سنتی برای آموزش مفاهیم آکادمیک بیشتر از چیزی بود که در کلاسها مشاهده شد. به علاوه، براساس نتایج این پژوهش، ارتباط بین باورهای مربیان و عملکردهای کلاسی آنها چندان قوی نبود. | ||
