| چکیده | ||
| در این مطالعه یک تحلیل بیبلیومتریک برای شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر خرید کالاهای لوکس توسط بومیان دیجیتال در رسانههای اجتماعی انجام شد. برای به دست آوردن دادهها و یافتن شکاف تحقیقاتی از ادبیات، مقالات منتشر شده در پایگاه داده Web of Science بین سال های 2008 تا 2023 در این زمینه انتخاب شدند. روش بررسی بیبلیومتریک سیستماتیک با نرمافزار VOSviewer و زبان برنامهنویسی R انجام شد. در بخش تحلیل عملکرد، مقالات پراستناد، نویسندگان سازنده و کشورها شناسایی شدند. چهار خوشه اصلی در بخش تجزیه و تحلیل همرخدادی واژگان شناسایی شد. که شامل: (1) وضعیت خرید بومیان دیجیتال (2) انگیزههای خرید بومیان دیجیتال در رسانههای اجتماعی (3) عوامل تعیینکننده فناوری اطلاعات خرید بومیان دیجیتال (4) تاثیر شبکههای اجتماعی بر خرید بومیان دیجیتال. براساس نتایج، پنج سازه رسانههای اجتماعی، رفتار مصرفکننده، تجربه، ارتباطات و پذیرش کاربر از سازههای بخش پیشبین میباشند. برای سازه بافتار، نگرشها، گرایشها، وضعیت مصرف، لوکس، تجمل، درگیری ذهنی، هویت، شخصیت تبلیغات توصیهای تعامل با مشتری معرفی شدند. مشارکت، وفاداری و رضایت از بخش سازه تصمیمات و قصد خرید و رفتار از بخش سازه نتایج هستند. | ||
