| چکیده | ||
| هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر نقش معلمان راهنما بر شکلگیری هویت حرفهای دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان در ایران بود. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش کیفی انجام شد. دادهها از طریق ده مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته با دانشجومعلمان سال آخر، یادداشتهای میدانی و مشاهدات از جلسات بازخورد پس از تدریس گردآوری گردید. شرکتکنندگان شامل چهارده نفر دانشجومعلم رشته آموزش زبان و ادبیات فارسی بودند که همگی تجربه کارورزی در مدارس متوسطه را گذرانده بودند. تحلیل دادهها در دو مرحله انجام شد: ابتدا تحلیل درونموردی به منظور ترسیم پروفایل فردی و شناسایی ویژگیها و چالشهای هر شرکتکننده، و سپس تحلیل بینموردی با بهرهگیری از تکنیک مقایسه مستمر برای شناسایی شباهتها و تفاوتها. یافتهها نشان داد که کیفیت تعاملات و میزان دسترسپذیری معلمان راهنما، نقش تعیینکنندهای در ایجاد یا تقویت هویت حرفهای دانشجومعلمان دارد. در حالیکه بازخوردهای دقیق و حمایتهای منظم، منجر به تقویت اعتمادبهنفس و انگیزه آموزشی میشود، کمبود تعامل یا حضور محدود راهنما میتواند احساس عدم حمایت و سردرگمی ایجاد کند. نتایج این مطالعه بر اهمیت انتخاب و آموزش معلمان راهنما بهعنوان یکی از مؤلفههای کلیدی برنامههای کارورزی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان تأکید دارد و پیشنهاد میکند که سیاستگذاران آموزشی، استانداردهای مشخصی برای نقشآفرینی مؤثر این معلمان تدوین کنند. | ||
