| با ظهور اقتصاد دانش بنیان، مفهوم نوآوری بهصورت جدی موردتوجه قرار گرفته و کشورها به دنبال مدلهایی هستند که مسیر و راهبرد نوآوری را در سطح ملی مشخص کنند. از میان عوامل مختلف محرک نوآوری، هیچیک بهاندازه حمایت از حقوق مالکیت فکری موردتوجه قرار نگرفته است به همین منظور در این مقاله سعی شده، به بررسی تأثیر حقوق مالکیت فکری و سایر متغیرهای نهادی تأثیرگذار بر نظام ملی نوآوری در کشورهای حوزه منا در بازه زمانی 2022-2010 و با استفاده از روش پنل فضایی و تحلیل موجک، پرداخته شود. در مدل وقفه فضایی (sar)، ضریب عامل وقفه فضایی شاخص نوآوری جهانی کشورهای منتخب حوزه منا، مثبت و معنیدار است که حاکی از وجود همبستگی مثبت فضایی بین شاخص نوآوری در کشورهای حوزه مناست. مدل دوربین فضایی (sdm) را نیز میتوان اینگونه تفسیر کرد که بیشترین سرریز فضایی از میان متغیرهای نهادی مربوط به شاخص حقوق مالکیت فکری است. در تحلیل موجک، در کوتاهمدت، شاخص نوآوری جهانی بهعنوان متغیر پیشرو در میانمدت نقش حقوق مالکیت فکری برجستهتر و در بلندمدت شاخص مرتبط استقلال بیشتری پیدا میکنند. | ||
