| چکیده | ||
| چکیده کیفیت زندگی جنسی یکی از موضوعات کلیدی در زمینه سلامت جنسی است و همچنین یکی از جنبههای مهم کیفیت زندگی افراد است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش کمالگرایی معنوی، مهارتهای ارتباطی و انعطافپذیری شناختی در پیشبینی کیفیت زندگی جنسی همسران انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه همسران شهر اردبیل در سال 1401 بودند که با توجه به محدودیتهای موجود به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس تعداد 220 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از ابزارهای کمالگرایی معنوی (Besharat, 2009)، مهارتهای ارتباطی(Queendom, 2004) ، انعطافپذیری شناختی (Dennis & Vanderwaal 2010) و کیفیت زندگی جنسی (Sadeghi & Samani, 2011) استفاده شد. دادههای پژوهش با روشهای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه در نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 18 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که کمالگرایی معنوی (57/0)، مهارتهای ارتباطی (60/0) و انعطافپذیری شناختی (55/)0 با کیفیت زندگی جنسی همسران رابطه معنادار داشت. همچنین نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که کمالگرایی معنوی، مهارتهای ارتباطی و انعطافپذیری شناختی در مجموع (49/0) توانستند کیفیت زندگی جنسی در بین همسران را پیشبینی کنند (01/0p<). میتوان نتیجه گرفت که کمالگرایی معنوی، مهارتهای ارتباطی و انعطافپذیری شناختی در زمره متغیرهای مرتبط با کیفیت زندگی جنسی همسران بودند. بنابراین پیشنهاد میشود که روانشناسان و متخصصان بهداشت برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی جنسی همسران به نقش این متغیرها توجه بیشتری کنند. کلیدواژهها: کمالگرایی معنوی، مهارتهای ارتباطی، انعطافپذیری شناختی، کیفیت زندگی جنسی، همسران | ||
