| مقدمه: اختلال پانیک با حملات مکرر غیرمنتظره وحشت زدگی و اضطراب، کیفیت زندگی را در حیطههای جسمی، روانی، اجتماعی و محیطی مختل میکند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی همراه با تمرینات بدنی بر کیفیت زندگی در افرادی با علائم وحشت زدگیانجام شد. روش: این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی و از روش نیمه آزمایشی( طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون و دوره پیگیری یک ماهه با گروه کنترل) برای جمع آوری داده ها استفاده کرد. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه افراد دارای علایم وحشت زدگی مراجعه کننده به کلینیک های روانشناسی در سال 04-1403 بود. برای نمونه گیری دو کلینیک به روش در دسترس مشخص و پس از اجرای پرسشنامه وحشت زدگی، ۳۰ نفر از مراجعه کنندگان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی را کامل کردند. گروه آزمایش جلسات درمان شناختی همراه با تمرینات بدنی را گذراندند. دادهها به وسیله آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر دوراهه ارزیابی شد.. یافته ها: نتایج نشانداد نمرات پسآزمون کیفیت زندگی در گروه آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معنادار داشت. درمان شناختی رفتاری همراه با تمرینات بدنی باعث بهبود کیفیت زندگی افراد با علایم پانیک گردید. این بهبودی تا مرحله پیگیری نیز ادامه یافت. نتیجه گیری: نتایج برادغام درمان شناختی رفتاری و تمرینات بدنی برای مدیریت علایم پانیک در بهبود کیفیت زندگی افراد مبتلا تاکید دارد. و درمانگران و روانشناسان می توانند از این روش ترکیبی برای درمان افراد مبتلا به اضطراب پانیک استفاده نمایند.. | ||
