| The present study aimed to examine the relationship between talent management and teacher performance, considering the mediating roles of personality traits and innovative work behavior. The research method was descriptive-correlational with a structural equation modeling approach. The statistical population included 740 employees of the Education Department in Mashhad, from which 248 participants were selected through stratified random sampling. Data collection instruments comprised standardized questionnaires of Talent Management by Phillips and Rapert (2009), Personality Traits by Gosling et al. (2003), Innovative Behavior by Janssen (2000), and Employee Performance by Pradhan and Jena (2017). The validity of the instruments was confirmed using construct validity, including convergent and discriminant validity, and their reliability was verified through Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability at 0.750 and 0.887, respectively. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 23 and SmartPLS version 3 software. The results of hypothesis testing showed that talent management has a positive and significant relationship with personality traits, innovative behavior, and employee performance. Moreover, personality traits and innovative behavior served as mediating variables between talent management and teacher performance. The findings indicate that talent management can be considered an effective approach to improving teacher performance, and personality traits and innovative behavior can also contribute to enhancing teacher performance. | ||
