| چکیده | ||
| هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش توانمندسازی روانی-اجتماعی مبتنی بر نظریه انتخاب بر عملکرد خانواده و انعطافپذیری روانشناختی در خانوادههای دارای فرد مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا، شبهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون–پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تمامی خانوادههای دارای فرد مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی شهر مریوان تشکیل دادند که در فاصله زمانی مهر تا بهمن ۱۴۰۳ به مراکز توانبخشی این شهر مراجعه کرده بودند. از میان آنان، ۲۴ نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (۱۲ نفر) و کنترل (۱۲ نفر) جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری دادهها شامل مقیاس عملکرد خانواده(FAD)، پرسشنامه انعطافپذیری روانشناختی و بسته آموزشی توانمندسازی روانی-اجتماعی مبتنی بر نظریه انتخاب بود. دادهها با استفاده از روشهای آماری مناسب تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که پس از اجرای مداخله، بین دو گروه در متغیرهای عملکرد خانواده و انعطافپذیری روانشناختی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (P<0/05)همچنین، مقدار آماره F در متغیر عملکرد خانواده (81/67) بیشتر از انعطافپذیری روانشناختی بود که نشاندهنده اثربخشی بیشتر آموزش توانمندسازی روانی-اجتماعی مبتنی بر نظریه انتخاب بر بهبود عملکرد خانواده است. بر این اساس، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که این برنامه آموزشی میتواند بهعنوان رویکردی مؤثر در ارتقای عملکرد خانواده و افزایش انعطافپذیری روانشناختی خانوادههای دارای فرد مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد | ||
