چکیده | ||
با آنکه پژوهشهای بسیاری به بررسی رابطۀ میانِ بازاندیشیِ معلمان و عملکرد حرفهای آنها پرداخته است، رویکردهای معدودی بسترِ خودبازاندیشی را برای معلمان فراهم کرده است. با توجه به این ضرورت، پژوهشِ حاضر بر آن است تا به معرفیِ روشِ «خودمردمنگاری» بهمثابه یک روشِ پژوهشِ کیفی در خودبازاندیشیِ معلمان و تأثیر آن در زندگیِ حرفهای و شخصیِ آنها بپردازد. در این پژوهش، تجربۀ نویسندۀ اول از روش خودمردمنگاری با نگاهی «فرا-خودمردمنگارانه» مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. آموختههایِ محقق از روایتِ تجربهها و یافتنِ معنا در انبوهی از دادهها، نگارش داستانگونه، رعایتِ اخلاق و تغییرِ نگاه او نسبت به معیارهایِ ارزیابیِ کیفیت خودمردمنگاری تشریح شده است. یافتههای پژوهش حاکی از تأثیر عمیقِ خودمردمنگاری بر تحولاتِ درونی و بیرونی محقق است که از آن جمله میتوان به تغییراتِی در رویکرد او نسبت به کارِگروهی و تلاش او در بهکارگیری و آموزشِ آن در کلاس، چرخش نگرش او از اثباتگرایانه به پسامدرنیته و تأثیر آن بر زندگی او اشاره کرد. به اشتراکگذاری تجربههای یک معلم خودمردمنگار میتواند معلمانِ دیگر را با کارکردِ خودمردمنگاری در جهتِ رشد و تعالی خود آشنا نماید. همچنین، تشریحِ فهمِ یک معلم از خودمردمنگاری میتواند در جهتِ تعمیمِ این روشِ پژوهشی در حیطۀ آموزش مؤثر واقع شود. | ||
