چکیده | ||
هدف از انجام این تحقیق، تدوین الگویی بر مبنای تبیین دیدگاههای صاحبنظران درباره عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقای کیفیت تدریس در اعضای هیات علمی نظام آموزش از دور میباشد. روش این مطالعه بهصورت کیفی مبتنی بر نظریهپردازی داده بنیان است. مشارکتکنندگان در پژوهش دانشآموختگان مقطع دکتری آموزش از دور، مدیران بخشهای آموزشی و اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه پیام نور در سال 1401 میباشند که تجربه تحصیل، اشتغال و تدریس در این نظام آموزشی را داشتند که 8 نفر از آنها بر اساس نمونهگیری هدفمند و ملاک محور انتخاب و با آنها مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته به عمل و دادههای حاصل نیز بر اساس روش اشتراوس کوربین تحلیل گردیدند. جهت تأمین روایی و پایایی از دو روش بازبینی مشارکتکنندگان و مرور خبرگان غیر مشارکتکننده در پژوهش استفاده گردید. نتایج یافتهها نشان داد ارتقای کیفیت تدریس در نظام آموزش از دور بهعنوان پدیده اصلی متأثر از چالشهای آموزش، شایستگیهای فردی، عوامل سازمانی، توسعه زیرساختها، اصلاح قوانین و دستورالعملها، کیفیتبخشی، کارآمدی و اعتمادسازی میباشند که بهصورت یک الگوی مفهومی ارائه شده است. بر این اساس برای بهبود تدریس اعضای هیات علمی در نظام آموزش از دور پیشنهاد میشود تا نظام آموزشی کشور نسبت به رفع علتها و اجرای راهبردهای احصاء شده از این مدل اقدام نماید تا به پیامدهای مطلوب در زمینه ارتقای کیفیتبخشی تدریس در اعضای هیات علمی در این زیر نظام آموزش عالی برسد. | ||
