چکیده | ||
هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر سبک رهبری اصیل بر عملکرد شغلی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی اجتماعی بود. لذا از نظر هدف، پژوهشی کاربردی و از حیث گردآوری دادهها پژوهشی توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعهی آماری این تحقیق کلیهی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی تهران به تعداد 545 نفر بوده و حجم نمونه آماری بر اساس فرمول کوکران 226 نفر از اعضاء تعیینشده است. بهمنظور جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. معیارهای پرسشنامه جهت سنجش متغیر سبک رهبری اصیل از آوولیو و همکاران (2006) اقتباس شده از بیرانوند و همکاران(1398)، متغیر خودکارآمدی اجتماعی از گریو و همکاران (2014)، و متغیر عملکرد شغلی از بونتیس وسرنکو(2007) اقتابس شده از نوشاد(1393) بود. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق تحلیل عامل تأییدی و بارهای عاملی صورت گرفت و پایایی کلی پرسشنامه از روش تعیین ضریب آلفای کرونباخ معادل 902/0 بدست آمد. جهت تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری و مربعات جزئی بهره گرفته شده و از نرمافزارهایspss 22 وlisrel استفادهشده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که سبک رهبری اصیل بر عملکرد شغلی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی اجتماعی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. | ||
