چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل روشهای تأمینمالی و رابطه آنها با عملکرد استراتژیک باشگاههای فوتبال کشور عراق انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل منتخبی از اساتید تربیتبدنی مؤسسههای آموزش عالی عراق، مدیران و اعضاء هیأتعلمی تربیتبدنی وزارت علوم، مربیان و داوران و کارشناسان خبره فوتبال، مدیران نهادهای دولتی و خصوصی فعال در حوزه باشگاههای عراق که در زمینه فوتبال تخصص داشته و مجموعه آنان به تعداد 153 نفر بود را شامل میشود که همین تعداد بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و پرسشنامه استاندارد عملکرد استراتژیک اسلاتر و همکاران (2010) است. پس از تائید روایی پرسشنامهها، پایایی پرسشنامهها با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ، پرسشنامه تأمین مالی (89/0)، پرسشنامه عملکرد استراتژیک (82/0) بهدست آمد. تحلیل دادههای این پژوهش در بخش توصیفی بهوسیله فراوانی درصد، میانگین و انحراف معیار و در بخش استنباطی شامل آزمونهای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون با استفاده از نرم افزار spss22 صورت پذیرفت. نتایج پس از تجزیه و تحلیل نشان داد درآمد حاصل از برگزاری مسابقات، درآمدهای حامی مالی و بازرگانی، حق پخش و زیرساختها، و بازارهای پولی و مالی بهطور معنیداری قادر به پیشبینی عملکرد استراتژیک باشگاههای فوتبال عراق است. لذا تأمینمالی بهطور معنیداری قادر به پیشبینی عملکرد استراتژیک باشگاههای فوتبال عراق است. | ||
