| چکیده | ||
| زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ادراک معلمان در رابطه با تدریس برای توسعه پایدار در اداره آموزش و پرورش شهر کرمانشاه انجام شد. روش: مطالعه پیشروی با بهرهگیری از رویکرد کیفی و اتکا بر نظریه داده بنیاد استراوس و کوربین (2007) و بکارگیری اسلوب کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی به واکاوی ادراک معلمان از تدریس برای توسعه پایدار در آموزش و پرورش پرداخته است. داده-های پژوهش از طریق مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته با 4 نفر از معلمانی که دارای تجارب زیسته مرتبط با تدریس برای توسعه پایدار بودند و با بهرهجویی از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند نظری، تا دستیابی به نقطه اشباع گردآوری گردیده است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از شناسایی شش محور ذیل: انگیزهها، سبک تدریس، درک معلمان از تاثیر بر یادگیری دانشآموزان، مدل سازی، ارزشها و چالشهای تدریس در زمینه توسعه پایدار بود. همچنین درک معلمان شرکتکننده در زمینه توانمند سازی، پروژههای عملی، پاسخ دانشآموزان و نیز ارزیابی از دانشآموزان مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. | ||
