| چکیده | ||
| این پژوهش باهدف شناسایی مولفههای معلمان الهامبخش انجام گرفت. رویکرد پژوهش، کیفی و روش آن سنتز پژوهی و راهبرد مورداستفاده فراترکیب بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل کتابها، پژوهشها و مطالعات مرتبط با الهامبخشی معلمان بود که با استفاده از کلیدواژههای مشخص و در بازه زمانی 2007 تا 2024، تعداد 77 سند از پایگاههای اطلاعاتی معتبر علمی خارجی انتخاب و بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. پس از چندین مرحله غربالگری بر اساس عنوان، چکیده و محتوای پژوهش، درنهایت 31 سند بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. سپس دادههای پژوهش با انجام فرآیند کدگذاری و طبقهبندی ویژگیهایی که در اسناد بهعنوان شاخصهای معلمان الهامبخش و مفاهیم مرتبط مطرحشده بودند، در سه سطح مضمون پایه، مضمون سازمان دهنده و مضمون فراگیر پالایش و تحلیل شدند. در این پژوهش از قابلیت اعتماد بهعنوان معیاری برای جایگزینی روایی و پایایی استفادهشده است. پس از تجزیهوتحلیل اسناد، 122 مضمون باز استخراج و در قالب 30 مضمون سازمان دهنده دستهبندی شدند. درنهایت، مضامین هر دسته در چهار مضمون فراگیر شامل ویژگیهای شخصیتی، ویژگیها و مهارتهای حرفهای، مدیریت مؤثر کلاس و بهینهسازی فرآیند یادگیری و خلاقیت دستهبندی شدند. بر این اساس، این ویژگیها معلمان را در جایگاه الهامبخشی قرار میدهند که میتوانند دانش آموزان و جامعه را بهسوی پیشرفت و ترقی سوق دهند. | ||
