چکیده | ||
خوشنودی زناشویی برآیند عوامل چندگانه فردی، میان فردی و فرهنگی در پیوند زناشویی است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف پیشبینی خوشنودی زناشویی بر پایه الگوهای ارتباطی، سبکهای دلبستگی و نستوهی روانشناختی در دانشجویان متأهل دانشگاه کاشان انجام شد. پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود که جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان متأهل دانشگاه کاشان در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 بود و 217 نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای رضایت زناشویی (1989 Enrich ;)، الگوهای ارتباطی کریستنسن و سالاوی (1984 CPQ ;)، سبکهای دلبستگی کولینز و رید (1990) و نستوهی روانشناختی کوباسا (1997) استفاده شد. یافتههای همبستگی پژوهش نشان داد که خوشنودی زناشویی با الگوی ارتباطی سازنده متقابل(P≤001; R=0/491) ، سبک دلبستگی وابستگی (P≤005; R=0/152)، سبک نزدیک بودن(P≤001; R=0/203) ، و نستوهی روانشناختی (P≤001; R=0/520) رابطه مستقیم و معنادار داشت. از طرفی، همبستگی خوشنودی زناشویی با الگوی ارتباطی اجتناب متقابل (P≤005; R=-0/147) و سبک دلبستگی اضطرابی (P≤001; R=-0/403) معکوس و معنادار بود. برآیندهای رگرسیون چند متغیره نشان داد که الگوهای ارتباطی، سبکهای دلبستگی و نستوهی روانشناختی توانایی پیشبینی خوشنودی زناشویی را داشتند. نرخ همبستگی چندگانه میان الگوهای ارتباطی، سبکهای دلبستگی و نستوهی روانشناختی با خوشنودی زناشویی برابر با 676/0 بود و نرخ تعیین برابر 457/0 به دست آمد. بنابراین، با شناخت و غنیسازی الگوی ارتباطی سازنده، سبکهای دلبستگی و نستوهی روانشناختی میتوان خوشنودی زناشویی را در زوجین بهبود بخشید. | ||
