چکیده | ||
هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت آموزش مجازی است که میتواند در پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان و رشد و توسعه کشور نقش مؤثری داشته باشد، با درک این مهم پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش مدیریت الکترونیک منابع انسانی در کیفیت آموزش مجازی مدارس با میانجیگری اخلاق حرفهای تدریس معلمان انجام شده است. روش: روش پژوهش کمّی از نوع مطالعات همبستگی و رویکرد مدلسازی معادله ساختاری کوواریانس محور است. جامعه پژوهش کلیه دبیران دوره متوسطه دوم استان همدان میباشد، که از این جامعه با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای نسبتی براساس مناطق سهگانه آموزش وپرورش(توسعه یافته، کمتر توسعه یافته و محروم) نمونهای به حجم 316 نفر از معلمان انتخاب شد. جهت گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای مدیریت الکترونیک منابع انسانی؛ اخلاق حرفهای تدریس و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته کیفیت آموزش مجازی مدارس استفاده شد. جهت تحلیل دادهها از مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزار Lisrel10.30 استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد مدیریت الکترونیک منابع انسانی مدارس اثر مستقیم، مثبت و معنادار بر کیفیت آموزش مجازی مدارس و اخلاق حرفهای تدریس معلمان در سطح 05/0 دارد؛ مدیریت الکترونیک منابع انسانی مدارس بهواسطه اخلاق حرفهای تدریس معلمان اثر غیرمستقیم، مثبت و معنادار بر کیفیت آموزش مجازی مدارس در سطح 05/0 دارد. بنابراین برای افزایش کیفیت آموزش و تدریس مجازی باید به استفاده از مدیریت الکترونیک منابع انسانی در آموزشوپرورش و ابعاد اخلاق حرفهای تدریس معلمان توجه جدی شود. | ||
